Anabolic Outdoor Training
Experience fitness from the forest using the Anabolic Outdoor Training method created by campsite owner Henry (also a qualified level 3 personal trainer). Group and 1-1 sessions available. The Anabolic Outdoor Training method is based upon Henry’s publications ‘The Woodland Warrior’ and ‘The Anabolic Shroom’ which are available in our website shop.

After rescuing this caravan from mythical Glastonbury and giving it some much needed TLC, we are happy to announce that the Caravan Bookshop is now open at Dagger Wood!
If you would like to visit the caravan bookshop, simply message the contact number you will receive with your booking. Children’s books are pocket money friendly at 50p, paperbacks £1, and hardbacks £2.
